Tucked away in the small Dallas suburd of Red Oak, lies a hidden jewel - a treasure chest overflowing with fancy finds for your wedding: Emma's Bridal Boutique. With an extensive line of gorgeous wedding gowns (Maggie Sottero,Impressions, Rosa Clara and Alfred Sung to name a few) and a collected plethora of bridesmaid dresses in styles from classic to trendy and everthing in between. But, one of my favorite things about this haute spot (aside from a to-die-for one-shoulder, belted, WITH pockets wedding gown...for get this - ONLY $600. No, Im not lying.), is their custom, handcrafted birdcage veils and hat veils. Highly sought after by fashionista brides everywhere - designer Melody Ginn (for HatVeils.com & BirdCageVeils.com) even had a client FLY in to Dallas and drive to the boutique from New Jersey, just to custom order one of her veils. Fun, sassy and utterly chic - I even played my very own little game of dress up with several of her creations. Feathers, tulle, faux flowers, French net... you name it, she can make a stunning, vintage inspired, one of kind veil or headpiece. It's the perfect finishing touch for any blushing bride.
