In the cake biz since 1995, husband and wife team Brandon and Louise Cottel Crain created Le Gateau Cakery from the ground up. With a passion for sweet treats and a talent for delicious confections, Le Gateau is one of the best (and most fabulous) cakeries in town. After several years in their previous Uptown digs, Le Gateau has moved south, taking up residence downtown and expanded their business. Not only home to beautiful and inspired wedding cakes, the au currant locale will also serve up custom cupcakes, pasteries and artisan breads. Yum!
