Once you and your fiance know these parameters of the of event you are hosting, you can positively narrow down your caterer search according to a few more important factors concerning your vendor:
Organization
Is your potential caterer on top of things when it comes to working with you on the day of your event? Do you feel comfortable enough to work with the vendor throughout the planning process as well as on the Big Day itself?
Taste/Style
Do you like the food that he or she presents as your possible wedding meal? Consider your preferences and honor different food preferences such as vegetarianism or gluten intolerences. Despite such challenges in feeding a variety of palates, does the whole meal present itself outstanding, in your senses, regardless?
Relationship
Do you feel you can work well with this individual, and is your potential chef willing to work with you and your fiance during this time of stress and pressure on both parties as the wedding nears?
The synchronization of these traits in your potential wedding caterer can ensure culinary successes all around for your Big Day. There will be nothing left when the time has come than for you to eat, drink, and be married!
