Engagement Photo Contest: Top 10 Finalists Announced! Sep 27, 12
The moment has finally arrived. The votes are in for our top 10 Engagement Photo Contest finalists! The Texas Wedding Guide sends out a huge "thank you" to our sponsors, and to those of you who participated and voted. Engagement is just another beautiful milestone on the road towards your wedding and marriage. We enjoyed looking over all these photographs as they poured in.
Seven couples were chosen by the public vote and three were chosen by our panel of judges; who also happen to be our five sponsors: Amy Karp Photography, Donnie Brown Weddings and Events, Randy Ro Entertainment, Rice Village Diamonds and Sugar Bee Sweets. I am sorry to let everyone know that the results will not be announced today. :( Our friend got so anxious and called and was told that they will be announced Friday October 5th!
We would like to say good luck to everyone! All of us deserve this and more in some way or another! (The best prize for me is to finally marry the man of my dreams, the man that accepted me and my 3 children, the man that has shown me what true love is!)

I would love to see u win this not bc you have had to struggle some this past year but because the love you share with each other is real. It's genuine. I would like to see you win this because I believe your relationship will last through the test of time. I'm happy for you both and wish you many years together as one. Love you both.
When you see Justin and Tara, you know that it's true love. Wish them the best and hope they win
Tara and Justin deserve this; I'm not just speaking from the point of a little brother. They've both had very hard lives, from the small parts I've seen. They're both originally from divorced homes, so the fact that they have found each other and still believe in marriage speaks volumes about how much they love being together. My sister Tara has been a single mother for eight years now, nothings ever come easy for her, she has fought tooth and nail for her kids and jobs; if anything she deserves a break on one of the most stressful and wonderful events of a person's life, their wedding. Justin loves my niece and nephew as much as he would his own children. There is a lot of cute pictures above to be sure, but to find a couple that against all odds has found each other, that's the one that should win.
