What's our industry insider, Teri Tomlinson of MakeUp 101, have for this week's beauty buzz? .... It's all about the eyes, she says.... and a ode to the beautiful starlettes of decades past. Old Hollywood glamour at it's finest? The Italian Eye....

You know the look - A throwback to the days of Audrey Hepburn and Sophia Lorren. The Italian Eye consist of a liquid liner that gradually thickens as it moves towards the outside corner of the eye, with a little lift at the end. This look is being seen in spring fashion shows this year and is a great look for brides. It is clean, elegant, not too hard, and with waterproofing liquid has staying power.
Note: Only line the top and forgo mascara on the bottom lashes. The Italian Eye is about creating drama and length on the lids, the bottom of the eye stays bare.
